Dive R1772 Highlights Southern Hydrate Ridge
The tool basket was deployed with the broadband seismometer, and the CAT and Mosquito flow meters, and the Osmo fluid sampler. On launching, the CAT jumped the tool sled and fell to the seafloor. The broadband was deployed for follow-on installation, and the Mosquito and Osmo sampler were installed. Push cores were taken and a brief survey found the CAT.
