I am a rising senior majoring in oceanography with a chemical focus at the University of
Washington. I believe the key to climate change is held in the ocean and would like to do what I
can to understand it, with a particular focus on the exchange of gases at the surface, and how
these relationships may change with the climate. I am not all altruism however, as I also see the
ocean as the final frontier of our planet and see oceanography as one of the last paths for
exploration. Outside of scholastics I enjoy running, walking, reading and writing. I look forward
to meeting you.
