- Updated the beta information alert bug.
- Updated the data portal and created and added a landing page.
- Added uncabled sites and instrument details onto the map application and visualization.
- Replaced the 200m icon the map with a properly sized icon to match the other map icons.

- Fixed the data availability tooltip hover box so that it won’t point to the wrong box when hovering over mouse-selected box.
