VISIONS'13 NEWS: Who We Are, & a Chat with Tim McGinnis
Teos Bisbee brought to life one episode of a newscast that focused on what the OOI is, and also highlighted engineer Tim McGinnis from the Applied Physics Lab (University of Washington) who discussed his work. She took what she wanted to know, and made this video newscast to help others understand her own questions. Caitlin Russell also assisted.
