Hello! My name is Yoochan An, and I am a rising junior at UW studying marine biology and oceanography. This will be my first time getting involved with research, and I look forward to learning how seafloor sensors and robotic exploration are integrated to help understand the interactions between geology, chemistry, and biology in the deep sea. I am excited to join VISIONS ’25!
