Hello! My name is Jenn Willson and I’m a rising junior at UW pursuing a degree in Oceanography with a minor in Data Science. The ocean fascinates me and I am excited to explore and learn more about the deep ocean through instruments and data visualizations. I have always been focused on climate change research and I hope to help find solutions to mitigate the impacts of climate change on the ocean through data and technology. I have been looking forward to boarding the VISIONS cruise since before the pandemic and I am so excited to finally experience hands-on research at sea.
